Inside and out, frames and sills included
A window clean covers the glass, the frames, the sills and the rubber seals, inside and outside. Dull glass makes a room darker than it needs to be, and a streaky finish is the first thing a visitor notices.

Regular cleaning plans
A repeat round is booked at a frequency that suits the property, and you are told when we are coming. Gates need to be unlocked or access arranged for the day; if you are out, the outside can still be done and the inside caught up on the next visit. There is no contract to sign and the round can be paused or stopped by telling us.
Reach and wash cleaning
Upper floors are cleaned from the ground with a water-fed pole system. Purified water is pumped up to a soft brush that scrubs the glass and frame, then the window is rinsed with the same water and left to dry spot-free, because there are no dissolved minerals in it to leave a mark. It reaches windows over conservatories and extensions that a ladder cannot safely get to, and nobody needs to climb.

The clean covers the glass, frames and sills, inside and out, with purified water for the upper floors so nothing is left to streak. Do you clean the inside as well as the outside?
Yes. Say so when you book and both sides are done. Inside work is done on dust sheets with cloths and squeegees so nothing drips onto sills or floors.
How often should windows be cleaned?
For most homes every four to eight weeks on the outside keeps them clear, with the inside every few months. Shop fronts on busy roads need it more often. We set the round to suit the property rather than a fixed schedule.
What access do you need?
Side gates unlocked on the day and, for inside work, someone home or a key arrangement. Upper floors are reached from the ground with a water-fed pole, so no ladders against the house.
Do you clean conservatories and skylights?
Yes. Conservatory roofs, skylights, roof lanterns and glass over extensions are cleaned with the pole system, which reaches over the structure without anyone standing on it.
Can I book a one-off clean?

Will the windows dry streaky?
