What we collect

Details you submit through the quote form: your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the service you are asking about and your message. If you call us, the number you call from and what you tell us about the job. Nothing is collected silently, and there is no account or login.

Why we collect it

Solely to respond to your enquiry, quote and carry out the work you ask about, and keep a record of that work. The lawful basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and performance of that contract once you book. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to anyone for marketing.

Who sees it

The people at Sparkclean Pro Ltd who quote and carry out the work. Where the website form is processed by a form service, that provider handles the data on our instructions only. We do not transfer your data outside the UK for any purpose of our own.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted within twelve months. Records of work carried out are kept for six years for accounting and legal reasons, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, object to how it is used, or ask for a copy in a portable form. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
