Accessibility Statement

Sparkclean Pro Ltd wants everyone to be able to use this website. This statement describes how it has been built, what standard it aims for and how to tell us if something does not work for you.

What we have done

The site aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Text and background colours are checked for contrast. Every page has one main heading and a logical heading order, a skip link to the main content, keyboard-reachable navigation and controls with visible focus, and text that resizes without breaking the layout. Images that carry meaning have descriptive alternative text; decorative ones are hidden from screen readers. Animation, including the moving town strip and the light sweep on buttons, is switched off when your device asks for reduced motion.

Known limitations

The embedded Google map is a third-party component and its controls are not fully accessible by keyboard; the address and phone number are always available as plain text on the same page so nothing depends on the map.
